As Sales & Customer Lifecycle Consultant you be responsible for driving repeat sales by actively managing the customer lifecycle and contributing to the overall retention of the subscriber base. This role will focus on client engagement, win-back sales, and supporting the field sales team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business plan targets as outlined by the group
  • Collaborate with backend, product, pricing, and strategy teams to align offerings with market demand through consumer promotions and B2B campaigns
  • Assist in building and maintaining an effective field sales team by contributing to hiring efforts and supporting team efficiency
  • Track and support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in coordination with the sales and strategy functions
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, highlighting trends and opportunities to sales leadership
  • Contribute to the setting of monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with strategic goals
  • Stay informed on product performance, listing trends, and provide feedback for improvement
  • Maintain awareness of profitability by aligning personal sales efforts with regional business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty and future sales opportunities
  • Identify and share insights on new growth opportunities and market expansion possibilities
  • Actively coach and support peers within the sales team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment
  • Participate in identifying training needs and support the execution of relevant programs in coordination with sales strategy heads
  • Contribute to continuous performance improvement efforts by sharing feedback and participating in team development initiatives
  • Coordinate with sales operations to ensure efficient workflows and excellent customer experience
  • Stay updated on market research, customer trends, and competitor activity through regular field engagement
  • Provide input on process improvements and system enhancements to support better sales execution
  • Recommend improvements to the company’s digital platforms to better serve sales efforts and customer experience
  • Participate in client engagement events, market activations, and expos to grow agency and customer networks
  • Represent the company at real estate expos and other industry functions as required
  • Build rapport with local authorities and regulatory bodies to support smooth field operations
  • Conduct regular client and market visits to maintain hands-on knowledge of customer needs and behaviors
  • Attend daily sales meetings to stay aligned with team direction and objectives
  • Contribute to key initiatives and special projects as assigned by your manager
