Job summary

A leading electrical company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator who will assist the Sales Manager and support the sales team with various tasks. The role includes managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, be proficient in English, and possess a diploma. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Coordinator or similar field of work.
  • Willing to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager on his daily activities.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules and important documents.
  • Prepare requests to ensure adequate sales equipment or materials are available.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist the sales team in preparation of various reports.
  • Perform delivery activities including preparation of delivery notes and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules.
  • Prepare Quality Objectives Analysis under supervision of Sales Manager.
  • Ensure ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 requirements are implemented.

  • Coordinating with the Sales Team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Prepares various request to ensure that adequate sales related equipment or materials are available.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist the sales team in the preparation of various reports and requirements.
  • Perform delivery activities such as preparation of delivery notes, packing list, gate pass, invoicing and other pre-requisites as required by customer/job site prior and after shipment of products under its business portfolio.
  • Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules.
  • Prepare Quality Objectives Analysis under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
  • Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 are being implemented and maintained.
Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Coordinator or similar field of work.
  • Proficient in English Language, Computer Literate
  • Diploma Holder only
  • Willing to join ASAP
