  • Develop account plans and strategies aligned with customer objectives and ADC’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with presales engineers to present technically and commercially compelling solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with delivery, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new services.
