A large healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Ambulatory Care Nursing Program. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a current RN license from North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in an acute-care hospital setting. The position offers tax-free income, fully furnished accommodations, and generous vacation allowances.
The Ambulatory Care Nursing (ACN) Program is made up of fourteen clinical areas that represent the management of over ninety subspecialty clinics including Hemodialysis, Endoscopy and Oncology Treatment areas.
This Ambulatory care facility is one of the largest in the world with over 500,000 patient encounters per year. A team of over 280 staff nurses manage clinics, coordinate complicated testing schedules, assess patient compliance and teach patients about their medical conditions in this area. Leadership is provided by Head Nurses in each of the clinic areas who together with clinical coordinators and support staff (including interpreters) make up another 100 staff members in this area.
DMU provides services to over 12 000 patients of all age groups, from infancy to elderly on an annual basis. Daily, the unit offers a wide variety of medical treatments and procedures. These procedures may be carried out under local or procedural sedation. DMU also accepts patients for pre and post monitoring for procedures being performed outside the unit.
