Job summary

A leading maintenance services provider in Riyadh is seeking skilled Elevator Technicians to join their team. The role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and related systems. Candidates should possess a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 2–5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in elevator and escalator installation, maintenance, or servicing.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, and control systems used in elevators.
• Knowledge of safety codes, inspection procedures, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and test elevators and escalators according to design specifications.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in elevator equipment.
• Replace defective components such as motors and control panels.
• Calibrate systems for accurate speed and operational performance.
• Perform load and safety tests to certify operational readiness.
• Maintain detailed records of service schedules and maintenance logs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to schedule maintenance.
• Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance.
