Overview

The Role: Our client, a leading international contractor with a strong footprint across the Middle East, is seeking a Risk Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving risk management processes across large-scale infrastructure, construction, and O&G projects. You’ll work closely with project leadership, stakeholders, and executive management to identify, assess, and mitigate risks—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in risk management within construction and / or oil & gas contracting.
• Strong background in mega-projects delivery in the GCC region (KSA experience advantageous).
• Solid understanding of risk analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Monte Carlo, Primavera Risk).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; Risk Management certification desirable.
