We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor – Cash & Key Accounts to join our growing team in the food industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retail sales operations, supervising sales teams, and developing strong relationships with key cash accounts to drive revenue and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage retail sales representatives across assigned regions.
• Handle and develop cash & key accounts in the food and FMCG sector.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with key retail customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Providing weekly sales promotions.
• Ensure full product availability, proper merchandising, and brand visibility.
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments.
• Ensure collection of outstanding payments according to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales within the food or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in cash sales & key account management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate branches teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferably Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a strong advantage.
