About the location:
Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Develop and implement operational procedures, scheduling, and staffing plans.
Monitor inventory levels, food and beverage quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with culinary and other resort departments to coordinate service for events and special functions.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive service recovery and attention to detail.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to meet Four Seasons’ service standards.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and support efficient financial operations of the restaurant.
Uphold and enforce company policies, core standards, and cultural values.
College degree, preferably in Restaurant or Resort Management.
3–4 years of restaurant management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Solid financial acumen and ability to manage high-volume operations effectively.
Working knowledge of restaurant systems and computer applications.
