Job summary

A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a Preventive Maintenance Supervisor to manage a multi-skilled team overseeing the operation and maintenance of equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and empowering team members through training. Candidates should have a diploma in Electrical Engineering, along with comprehensive knowledge of safety requirements and ERP systems. The role ideally requires 5 years of experience with a preference for GCC experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in a relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage breakdowns and maintenance to meet internal customer requirements.
• Coordinate execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Ensure full implementation of safety systems and Upgrade awareness.
• Identify and encourage training for team members.

Skills

Knowledge of applicable safety requirements

Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies and procedures

SAP functional skills

Education
