Our client, a leading medical care service provider in Jeddah, is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with 2-3 years of experience. The position offers a competitive salary and requires immediate joiners or candidates available within a 1-month notification period.

Obligations

1. Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.
2. Observe and interpret patients' signs and symptoms, communicating findings to doctors.
3. Collaborate with doctors and nurses to develop individualized treatment plans.
4. Perform routine treatments such as blood pressure measurements and injections, and document patient information.
5. Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
6. Maintain health and safety standards by disinfecting equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds.
7. Provide immediate healthcare in emergency situations.
8. Assist doctors during procedures.
9. Oversee and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
10. Create a compassionate environment for patients and their families.
11. Enhance professional skills through workshops and training.
