The Regional Sales Manager for is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, team leadership, and ensuring revenue growth in the Connectivity division while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team, ensuring they meet performance goals and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Operating through real time Sales dashboards and reports to drive operational rigor, and forecasting accurately.
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong ethical standard in all engagements.
- Build relationships and alliances with industry bodies and associations to expand sales reach and stay informed about industry trends and opportunities
- Strengthen ADC’s presence by leveraging local business opportunities and fostering partnerships within the region.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
