About the Opportunity

We’re supporting a well‑established technology organization expanding its presence in KSA. They are looking for a senior commercial leader to own regional growth, profitability, and strategic direction. This role suits someone with deep IT experience, strong C-level connections, and a proven track record in enterprise sales and digital transformation.

Role Summary

As the Regional Sales Director, you will own the P&L for KSA, drive large enterprise deals, grow key accounts, and represent the company externally across the region. The position blends strategy, sales leadership, and hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own regional P&L and deliver profitable growth.
  • Drive new business and manage existing enterprise relationships.
  • Build a market roadmap for identified technology and service practices.
  • Position the company as a top digital transformation partner in KSA.
  • Act as the company’s main external representative at events, press activities, and industry forums.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
  • Develop market intelligence and growth strategy for KSA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and account expansion.

Experience Required

  • 15+ years in the IT industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in IT sales within KSA (mandatory).
  • Experience managing major accounts and large digital transformation opportunities.
  • Strong enterprise and government sales experience is a plus.
  • Digital software/application sales experience required
  • A mix of both trajectories is acceptable
  • Sales Director-level experience with team management responsibilities
  • Experience with planning and strategy beyond individual sales
  • CxO-level connections within the KSA market
  • Government, semi‑government, and banking sector experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Relevant sales or tech certifications are an advantage.
  • Business planning and ability to set the regional strategy.
  • Strong industry and technology knowledge, especially in digital transformation.
  • Solid P&L understanding and ability to meet revenue and profitability targets.
