Sales Consultant is the primary connection between the customer and the company until the customer makes a purchase.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly report to show the property sales status.
- Assists with the development and implementation of ideas to retain costumers.
- Promoting a product in the market using strategies that maximize sales.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
- Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
- Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
- Meet with clients in different areas of the country to have a discussion or make a deal.
- creating presentations, answering client questions, and managing transactions.
- Follow all relevant sales department policies, processes, procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1+ years in Real Estat Sales
- You must be in Makkah
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiations skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
