Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of fuel station projects in the respective area to deliver the gas station growth program.
- Search, engage and negotiate fuel stations owners and operators for potential acquisition.
- Engage with site owners of existing sites to resolve any issues to ensure smooth operations
People & Program Management
- Present dashboards and progress reports for stations pipeline in respective area.
- Follow smart / digital tools for pipeline management.
Reports & Dashboards
- Ensure deals are signed within approve rental mandate.
- Contribute for cost reduction initiatives through Opex reduction i.e. rental reduction by effective negotiation with owner.
Cost Monitoring
- Acquire existing sales and non-fuel income data from targeted sites.
- Contribute in developing Kingdom master plan
- Collect real estate data from competition and market.
- Propose optimum rental offers based on site profitability and keeping in view the market real estate assessment.
- Verify all documents related to real estate / station.
New Site Assessment
Qualifications
Bachelor (Higher secondary can also work if enough experience is there)
Educational requirements and professional certificates (minimum):
2-4 years of experience in real estate role in KSA.
Experience & Skills
Arabic while English will be a plus
Languages
Arabic (required); English is a plus
