A leading coatings manufacturer in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Raw Material Coordinator responsible for efficient product loading and unloading, as well as ensuring quality control of materials. Candidates should have a completed diploma, experience from 0-2 years, and fluency in both English and Arabic. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Raw Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for Receive, produce, and fill paints or powder according to the daily production schedule and ensure the products are made and filled according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, environment and Quality) requirements.Responsibilities:
Efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks, receive RM (Raw Material), packaging, and FG (Finish Good) according to procedure and scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
Label raw materials, receiving goods, ensuring contents match manifest documents
Take the initiative to improve daily tasks/topics and use IT tools available at the work center
Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
Load, unload, stack, move, and place products in appropriately designated areas, conduct stock count, collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment
Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) /OPLs (One Point Lesson) within the relevant area and adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
Completed diploma degree.
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English and Arabic – both verbally and written.
