This role includes preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tenders, as well as analyzing project documents to ensure compliance with legal and quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management. Proficiency in cost estimation software is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction cost management or quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard contract formats is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Certify progress claims and final accounts.
• Identify and evaluate variations, claims, and potential risks.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost‑effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

Qualifications
