Job Purpose
Ensure that all factory products (traffic signs, signboards, and related components) comply with quality standards, local and international specifications, and the specific approval requirements of Saudi Aramco.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or Aramco-approved systems).
- Inspect raw materials and ensure compliance with specifications and approvals before production.
- Conduct routine quality tests (painting, reflective printing, welding, assembly, LED lighting) and document results as per Aramco requirements.
- Monitor final inspection programs to ensure products meet Aramco standards before delivery.
- Prepare and submit quality control reports to relevant internal and external parties.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and recommend corrective actions according to Aramco procedures.
- Participate in internal and external audits conducted by Aramco quality teams.
- Ensure calibration of all inspection and measuring equipment is up to date and certified.
- Train technicians and workers on quality requirements and standards approved by Aramco.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control, preferably in metal or traffic sign manufacturing.
- Aramco Approved QA/QC Inspector certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of local and international standards (SASO, ASTM, ISO).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for reporting to Aramco.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
