Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years quality management experience in telecom OSP projects.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation standards and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan for the project.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with client quality representations and third-party inspectors.
• Manage non-conformance reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Train project staff and subcontractors on quality requirements.
• Maintain records required for STC quality compliance.
• Support certification and regulatory audits.
