We’re Hiring – Quality Assurance Analyst!

About the role:

This role is all about transforming QA/QC data into meaningful insights through advanced data management, statistical analysis, and dynamic reporting. By ensuring data accuracy, developing interactive dashboards, and delivering analytical support, the position plays a key part in strengthening decision‑making, maintaining compliance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Governance
  1. · Collect, encode, and maintain QA/QC data (paper and electronic) across all quality functions.
  2. · Ensure integrity, consistency, and traceability of datasets.
  3. · Support compliance with documentation control requirements under ISO, FSSC, and BRCGS.
Statistical Data Analysis
  1. · Apply statistical tools (SPC, control charts, Pareto, trend analysis, regression, sampling methods) to identify deviations, variations, and recurring issues.
  2. · Provide quantitative evidence to support Quality Specialists and Managers in investigations and decision‑making.
Reporting & Insights
  1. · Generate weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports summarizing quality performance.
  2. · Highlight significant trends, process variations, and improvements achieved.
  3. · Present complex data in a clear and concise way for non‑technical stakeholders.
Dashboards & KPI Support
  1. · Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in MS Power BI to visualize quality KPIs.
  2. · Integrate statistical indicators (control limits, defect rates, complaint analysis) into reports.
  3. · Provide managers with real‑time, actionable reporting to support reviews.
Audit & Compliance Support
  1. · Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely datasets.
  2. · Ensure records are complete, organized, and audit‑ready at all times.
  3. · Prepare data packs to evidence compliance with FSSC, BRCGS, and SFDA requirements.
Management Review Support
  1. · Consolidate KPI results and statistical summaries for management review meetings.
  2. · Prepare professional presentations showing quality trends, risks, and improvements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  1. · Work closely with all related operational functions and supported functions to gather accurate data and ensure reliable reporting across the business.
  2. · Provide Specialists and Managers with analytical insights to support CAPA and improvement initiatives.
Digitalization & Process Improvement Support
  1. · Support automation of reporting and system integration (Q‑Pulse, SAP S/4HANA, LIMS).
  2. · Recommend improvements in data collection and reporting to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Operating Environment

Primarily office‑based within the manufacturing plant, with frequent interaction with QA/QC teams on the shop floor and occasional visits to logistics/market locations. Exposure to production conditions such as dust, humidity, noise, and chemicals may occur.

Communication & Working Relationships
Internal
  1. QA/QC teams across the company.
  2. All related operational and support functions.
  3. Senior Management during review and strategy meetings.
External
  1. External auditors and customers.
Decision Making
  1. Authorized to validate and release quality data, reports, and dashboards.
  2. Provides evidence‑based insights and statistical analysis to managers; final action decisions rest with QA/QC leadership.
Qualifications
  1. · Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred.
  2. · Other acceptable fields: Quality Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  3. · Knowledge of QA/QC frameworks (ISO, FSSC, BRCGS, GMP) is an advantage.
  4. · Training in Applied Statistics, SPC, or Six Sigma preferred.
Experience
  1. · 2–4 years’ experience in data/statistical analysis, preferably supporting QA/QC or operations in FMCG or manufacturing.
  2. · Experience with BI and database tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
  3. · Exposure to quality systems (Q‑Pulse, SAP QM, LIMS) is an advantage.
Skills
