Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough inspections of welding processes and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

3. Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken, maintaining accurate records for quality assurance.

5. Perform visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to assess weld integrity and detect defects.
6. Provide training and guidance to welding personnel on quality control best practices and welding techniques.
