How You’ll Contribute

As a Manager – L&D Project Management at PwC Academy Middle East, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and organize projects by acknowledging handover from the BD team and ensuring all necessary steps are completed before engagement delivery.
  • Set up clients in PwC internal systems and organize kick‑off meetings with stakeholders.
  • Engage internal and external subject matter experts in the planning phase and manage project scheduling and logistics.
  • Establish and execute a communication plan with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the content development phase, clearly communicating expectations regarding quality and timelines.
  • Manage the delivery phase, conducting quality checks to ensure course delivery meets planned standards.
  • Perform quality control on materials, delivery, and client deliverables while analyzing project risks and feedback for improvement.
  • Handle project economics including updating dashboards, revenue forecasts, client billing, and supplier invoices.
  • Maintain proactive client communications, gather feedback, and submit post‑course reports, organizing regular status meetings as needed.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships, identify new training opportunities, and assist in training delivery for Project Management when required.
What You’ll Bring
  • Holds a postgraduate qualification in business or project management, with CAPM/PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Extensive experience managing projects in learning and organizational development.
  • Expert in the full systems approach to training: design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive, emotionally resilient, and adept at influencing and negotiating with executive stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Demonstrates full accountability and ownership for project delivery.
  • Highly structured, meticulous, and attentive to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor, fostering productive relationships.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
