Job Summary

The Purchasing Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for interior and fit‑out projects. The role ensures that all purchases are made in line with project budgets, timelines, and company standards, maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and subcontractors for interior and fit‑out projects.
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to forecast material requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and KSA regulations.
  • Develop and maintain vendor databases for key materials and products.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the fit‑out/interiors or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery, and furniture sourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
