About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for Public Area Attendant for Housekeeping Department to join Jumeirah Group.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Clean and maintain all assigned public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, outlets, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure all public areas are kept tidy, fresh, and presentable always.
Replenish supplies such as tissues, hand towels, sanitizers, and amenities in public restrooms.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in proper working condition.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, chemical usage, and equipment safety.
