Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property management operations across assigned real estate assets.
• Ensure all properties are maintained to high standards across FM services.
• Conduct periodic site visits, inspections, and audits to identify issues.
• Manage vendor performance and service-level agreements.
• Align with Recovery & Customer Service teams for timely project recoveries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure control.
• Monitor rental income and tenant outstanding balances.
• Provide monthly statements to clients and track rental arrears.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, legal requirements, and guidelines.
