Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations (preferably in commercial or mixed-use assets).
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations, FM contracts, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property management operations across assigned real estate assets and projects.
• Ensure all properties are maintained to high standards across FM services, security, and cleaning.
• Conduct periodic site visits, inspections, and audits to identify issues and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage vendor performance and service-level agreements for facility services.
• Align with Recovery & Customer Service teams for project-level recoveries and financial tracking.
