Our client is well reputed EPC in the Power Transmission sector, As a Project Quality Manager, you will be mainly be responsible for Audits, Customer compliance, Quality Assurance and Control, Testing and Validation, Root Cause Analysis, Documentation and Reporting, Supplier Quality Management, Continuous Improvement

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management plan tailored to substation projects.
  • Ensuring all project activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality documentation. Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Identifying, documenting, and resolving non-conformances. Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
  • Evaluating and monitor the quality performance of vendors and suppliers. Ensuring materials and services meet specified quality standards.
  • Providing training and support to project teams on quality management principles and practices.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with customers. Address customer concerns and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality management within the power generation or construction sector, with a focus on substations.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of substation design, construction, and operation. Proficient in quality management systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
