Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our Innovation Practice, with a focus on delivering high‑impact innovation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, with proven experience in innovation ecosystems, startup acceleration, or entrepreneurship support programs. You will work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes across a variety of innovation initiatives.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, creative environments and is comfortable working with tools and approaches such as design thinking, lean startup, agile, and MVP development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between our delivery team, the client, and key partners.
• Design and manage innovation challenges, hackathons, bootcamps, and MVP development tracks.
• Collaborate with startups, students, and mentors to guide innovation journeys.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track and report on innovation KPIs, including engagement, progress, and impact.
• Support the development and implementation of innovation tools, frameworks, and playbooks.
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co‑creation sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5‑6 years of experience in project management, ideally within innovation, startup, or entrepreneurship support environments.
• Experience working in or with innovation hubs, accelerators, incubators, or startup ecosystems.
• Familiarity with design thinking, lean startup, agile methodologies, and MVP development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Preferred

• Experience in innovation lifecycle management.
• Exposure to startup mentoring or program design.
• Hands‑on work in user‑centered design or human‑centered innovation.
• Experience in managing innovation KPIs and impact reporting.
• Public‑private partnership experience in program delivery.
