Consulting Firm for a large ICT/Cybersecurity Public Entity

Context

the Candidate will lead the site design and operate engagement, he will be responsible for the overall engagement management and delivery. managing teams, overseeing delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring engagements are delivered with high quality and commercial discipline

Tasks / Activities

• Team Leadership: lead engagement teams and monitor progress against agreed deliverables and timelines, provide day to day guidance, review work, and support team development across the engagement, ensure teams are aligned with Firms’ quality, risk, and professional standards
• Client & stakeholder management: manage client relationships and expectations across the full engagement lifecycle, act as the main point of contact for clients on scope, delivery, and ongoing requests; lead stakeholder meetings and discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Engagement delivery: oversee planning and execution of organizational transformation engagement, design and operationalize standard operating procedures and delivery approaches where needed; ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed methodologies
• Cyber Risk expertise: provide practical input across cybersecurity services provided, and guarantee guidance on the way forward and overall operations; stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements and local market developments

Requirements

• Experience/knowledge with cybersecurity regulation and transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience in PM for large transformation projects
• Native Arabic speaker
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem-structuring, analytical rigor, and story lining capability
