Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery team, fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance across all team members.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project‑related communications with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

  • Manage all projects via Jira, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management.
  • Supervise the operational aspects of the project as needed.
  • Ensure seamless integration and use of Jira for all team members.
  • Facilitate Jira training and support for team members to enhance their proficiency.
  • Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit the project's requirements and team dynamics.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as aProject Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred.
  • Jira expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through Jira.
  • Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential.
