HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with MEP engineering background to lead the supervision of data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in managing complex building systems and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the data center project, ensuring alignment with the scope of work, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor the implementation of MEP systems on-site, including review of works, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals related to MEP works.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, quality, and risks, and provide necessary recommendations.
• Manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3–5 years specifically in data center projects.
• In-depth understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure requirements for mission-critical environments.
