Overview

Role Purpose:

To oversee and manage projects within ABYATSOW with the Clients, focusing on the development and implementation of SOW products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Client and Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and reports, and manage day to day communication with client, meeting Client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members

Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports internally & externally

Budget and Resource Management

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Project Planning

• Develop and review project plans, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.

Problem Solving and Innovation

• Address technical challenges and innovate solutions to improve product quality and efficiency

Knowledge and Experience

• Solid experience in engineering and project management, Projects Execution Background is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of Projects Execution and Monitoring & Controlling from Manufacturing Industries

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.
• PMP or Related Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
