We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Technology Department. In this role, you will support IT teams, product development, and business units by helping coordinate requests, track progress, and ensure smooth communication. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and prioritize IT service requests from different departments and project teams.
- Coordinate with IT functions (infrastructure, applications, networking, etc.) to ensure timely resolution and delivery.
- Monitor the progress of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
- Guarantee project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Measure and report on KPIs such as service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical staff and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and enhance requester experience.
- Prepare status reports, highlight risks, and manage project dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in IT project coordination, IT service management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and IT service frameworks.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
