Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or IT and at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a financial institution. Responsibilities include preparing and executing test cases, reporting issues, and coordinating tests with the customer’s team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a good understanding of web-based technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution.
• Saudi national is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test cases based on technical design documents.
• Execute test cases on self service terminals.
• Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases.
• Identify and report test environment issues.
• Coordinate with customer's testing team to prepare test data.
• Support customer's team during SIT, UAT.
• Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause.

Quality Assurance Engineer

The role of Quality Assurance Engineer is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. This position is located at a customer site in Jeddah, KSA. Its responsibilities consist of the following :

• Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
• Execute test cases on self service terminals
• Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
• Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer's team to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with customer's testing team to prepare test data
• Support customer's team during SIT, UAT, etc.
• Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause

Qualifications

• Degree on Computer Science, IT or related field
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution
• Good understanding of web based technologies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Saudi national
