Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Jeddah. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and manage the workforce to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, planning and optimizing workflows, addressing technical challenges, and maintaining clear communication to ensure a safe and productive environment. The role requires proactive problem-solving and effective supervision to achieve operational goals.
