Oversees the entire manufacturing process, from planning schedules and managing teams to ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in producing filters, focusing on continuous improvement, resource management (materials, staff, equipment), cost control, and aligning operations with company goals and customer needs through strong leadership, communication, and process optimization. They drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing staff and collaborating across departments like procurement, engineering, and sales to meet production targets.

• Production Planning & Execution:Develop and implement production schedules, manage workflow, optimize resource allocation (materials, machinery), and ensure timely order fulfillment.
