We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to drive the development and growth of a prominent tech startup in KSA. The company focuses on simplifying payments for Saudi Businesses through tailored solutions like automating invoices, managing recurring payments, and sending automated reminders. Role Overview:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for new products or features
  
  

Product Development:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to define and deliver high-quality products
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
  
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches/sprints, managing resources and budget
• Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges effectively to leadership and stakeholders
  
  

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential risks and implement controls
  
  

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Define and track product KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize user experience, engagement, and retention
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certificates are a plus.
• Deep knowledge and experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
