Renowned for innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions, the company is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth and strengthen its specialized machinery and tools portfolio.

This role requires a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and market insight. The Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of the company’s jewelry machinery and tools range—shaping strategy, building supplier partnerships, and enabling sales teams to deliver unmatched value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear product roadmap to strengthen market position and profitability.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, track trends, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Supplier & Manufacturer Partnerships: Develop and manage strong global supplier relationships to ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
  • Sales & Technical Enablement: Support sales teams with product expertise, demos, presentations, and customer consultations.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee sourcing, pricing, launches, and phase-outs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Training & Development: Deliver product training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement: Capture and integrate customer feedback to enhance usability, features, and after-sales support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related technical field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or industrial machinery (ideally jewelry manufacturing or precision equipment).
  • Strong technical understanding of jewelry machinery and tools.
  • Proven skills in project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
