A leading e-commerce company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Vendor Manager for Workforce Staffing. This role involves managing relationships with staffing vendors, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and optimizing vendor performance. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in vendor management and supply chain operations. This position is crucial for maintaining workforce effectiveness and adherence to company standards.
The Vendor Manager – Workforce Staffing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with third-party staffing vendors, ensuring reliable delivery of contingent and outsourced workforce needs. This role requires strong vendor management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence to secure the right talent at the right time while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to company standards.

– 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
– 3+ years of supply chain experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
– Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
– Experience in procurement
– Experience understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver cost savings, inventory reduction, or other benefits to the site
