Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the procurement function for multiple projects, establishing procurement strategies and guidelines.
  • Manage the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers and contractors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify material requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process.
Requirements

Work location: Saudi Arabia. Candidates required to be based in Qatar, Jordan, or KSA.

Working days: 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays.
Working hours: 8 hours daily.
