Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience in handling contracts and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for construction and swimming pool materials.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders in accordance with approved budgets.
• Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites as per project schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and control material wastage.
• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations.
• Handle material submittals, approvals, and technical compliance.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved budgets
• Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams to understand material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites as per project schedules
