Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement Officer to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations for our organization.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including market research, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and accurate record-keeping
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee logistics activities, including product transportation, inventory management, and shipping
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality control standards
  • Assist with financial aspects of procurement, including vendor payments and budget management
  • Handle legal matters related to procurement, including contract management and dispute resolution
  • Provide strategic advice to decision-makers on implementing effective procurement and logistic services
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field with proven experience in procurement roles
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and build relationships with suppliers
  • Proficiency in procurement software and in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations
