A multinational SaaS company is looking for a Pre Sales Consultant to articulate its technology and solutions to users. The role requires solid experience in sales, particularly in a pre-sales consultancy capacity. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to identify requirements, delivering high-quality demonstrations, and providing technical solutions. We are actively looking for a Pre Sales Consultant who can articulate the company’s technology and solutions, positioning it to both business and technical users. Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre‑sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.
Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Dengage’s solution.
Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.
Develop and deliver high quality demonstrations that position dEngage products as the best solution to our prospective clients.
Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team.
Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
5 to 7 years of experience in Sales field with at least 3 years in pre-sales position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
Superb presentation skills, well‑organized and excellent time management skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical staff.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
Minimum 4 years to Maximum 6 years of experience in IT sales domain, preferring SaaS based. Experience working in Ad‑tech / Mar‑tech Agency or platform selling roles will be preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Experience with CDP or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage Graduate / Bachelors.
