The ideal candidate has substantial knowledge of EV powertrain systems, proven leadership, and proficiency in project management and data analysis. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, with preference given to Six Sigma certification. This role requires implementing lean principles and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments, in EV powertrain or automotive systems.
- EV powertrain experience is MUST
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of engineers.
- Deep expertise in time/motion studies (MODAPTS preferred), VA/NVA analysis, and capacity modeling.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Tableau), layout design (AutoCAD), and simulation software (FlexSim or similar).
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and developing standard work documentation.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes and MES systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM Degree
