Job description

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments, in EV powertrain or automotive systems.
• EV powertrain experience is MUST
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of engineers.
• Deep expertise in time/motion studies (MODAPTS preferred), VA/NVA analysis, and capacity modeling.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Tableau), layout design (AutoCAD), and simulation software (FlexSim or similar).
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and developing standard work documentation.
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing processes and MES systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM Degree
