A global logistics and terminal operations leader is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Strategic Operations and Commercial Growth in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role will oversee the 5-Year Strategic Business Plan and lead automation and process improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in operational performance and customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess extensive experience in terminal operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of stakeholder management. A degree in Logistics or Operations Management and proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a container terminal/seaport is required.
• 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role in terminal operations.
• Strong proficiency in communication, particularly in English, Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Terminal’s 5-Year Strategic Business Plan.
• Ensure vessel turnaround times and KPI exceed standards.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with Customs and Authorities.
• Spearhead automation initiatives and process improvements.
