A leading food and beverage company in Dammam is seeking a Telephone Exchange Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls, maintain communication registers, and ensure smooth operations of the Telephone Exchange. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, basic office administration knowledge, and 2-4 years of relevant experience. This role is essential for effective communication within the organization.

Responsible for handling & transferring all incoming & outgoing calls on the telephone exchange to concerned personal & ensuring smooth & trouble‑free operations of the Telephone Exchange & Fax for proper communication. Attend all incoming & outgoing calls, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Maintain Telephone Exchange register, Fax register properly indicating official and personal outgoing calls & faxes. Distribute incoming fax messages to the concerned staff members. Check & verify the telephone bills, and prepare deduction report of personal calls. Maintain directory of important telephone numbers properly. Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved.
Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment, smooth operations of telephone exchange / PABX, computer knowledge, multi‑skilling and tasks.
Graduate with basic office administration knowledge, 2‑4 years in similar capacity, basic computer skills, capable to operate office equipment, i.e., Fax, Copiers and phones.
