Role Positioning and Objectives

Lead the end-to-end EMF2 process for the KSA business, driving strategic business planning and forecast accuracy through a structured, insight-led approach to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Act as the central integrator of internal performance data and external market intelligence, enabling scenario-driven decision-making and agile course correction. Ensure cross-functional alignment and foresight generation for volume delivery, market responsiveness, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMF2 Process: Act as the single point of accountability, develop high-impact presentations, ensure compliance, consolidate sales plans, develop SKU forecasts, oversee volume building blocks, and support scenario planning.
• Analytics and Insights Generation: Conduct SKU-level diagnostics, perform performance deep dives, and transform sell-out data into foresight-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the principal EMF2 interface, ensure transparent communication, and champion cross-functional collaboration.
• KSA EMF Workbook Management: Prepare and manage the EMF Workbook, develop reporting templates, explore automation opportunities.
• Market Reviews and Reporting: Lead market dynamics reviews, develop market bust reports, and maintain performance reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop data-backed business cases, align volume/share forecasts with operational plans.
