On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Physiotherapist to join their team in Al Khobar.

Job Summary

The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall functional ability. The specialist works closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s condition.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Educate patients on exercises, proper movement techniques, and prevention of injuries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation as per SCFHS standards.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care plans.
  • Communicate treatment goals and progress effectively to patients and families.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards and Ministry of Health regulations.
  • Maintain active SCFHS license, BLS certification, and malpractice insurance.
  • Follow infection control, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines in all clinical activities.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of physiotherapy equipment.
  • Support clinic workflows and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff when needed.
Requirements
  • Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy (BPT, MPT, or DPT).
  • Valid Registration at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • Valid Ministry of Health (MOL) License.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Valid Medical Malpractice Insurance.
  • Minimum one year of Related Work Experience in Saudi Arabia.
