Objectives / Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for driving Bausch + Lomb’s consumer portfolio performance within assigned pharmacy channels. Accountable for building strong pharmacist advocacy, ensuring optimal brand visibility, and executing in-store activations to grow sell-out and market share. Responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining pharmacy sales across a defined territory and assigned accounts, with clear activity and sales targets, while operating fully within B+L’s compliance and policy guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences, or any related field
  • A valid Driving licence
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales or field operations within the healthcare, FMCG, or pharmacy channel.
  • Proven record of success in sales execution, territory management, and delivering against targets.
  • Experience dealing with pharmacies and frontline customer engagement is an advantage.
  • Action oriented, commercial awareness, strong networking & relationship building, planning & organizing, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement all in-pharmacy activities required to achieve territory sales and visibility targets.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and monitor performance on a quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Conduct regular pharmacy visits to drive brand visibility, planogram compliance, and pharmacist recommendation.
  • Detail targeted customers and apply effective selling skills to maximize impact on sell-out.
  • Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels, shelf presence, expiry dates, and timely replenishment.
  • Execute in-store activations, campaigns, POS deployment, and educational materials according to brand guidelines.
  • Collect insights from pharmacists and consumers to support continuous improvement of pharmacy-channel programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and key decision-makers to strengthen advocacy and brand preference.
  • Track SKU movement, shelf share, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities, providing structured feedback to Key Account Specialist/Manager and Marketing.
  • Manage assigned accounts through consistent communication to ensure B+L products and initiatives are prioritized.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly activity reports.
  • Utilize allocated marketing budget to access, support, and grow key pharmacy customers.
  • Attend required internal meetings, industry events, and training programs.
  • Travel as needed for business meetings or field activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bausch + Lomb policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
