The role involves overseeing employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and leading policy development projects. Job description
1. Policy & Procedures
  • Develop, review, and update all People & Culture (P&C) policies in alignment with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Lead the Policy Review Committee (PRC) cycle drafting policies, collecting stakeholder feedback, and securing approvals.
  • Maintain policy documentation including version control, approval history, and official repositories across all Petromin verticals.
  • Ensure policies are published, embedded, and implemented across the Petromin portal and well-communicated across business units.
2. Employee Relations & Investigations
  • Manage and oversee employee relations cases across all verticals, including misconduct, behavioral violations, and workplace grievances.
  • Conduct formal investigations: gather statements, build case files, analyze evidence, and recommend disciplinary or corrective actions in alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Draft and issue official disciplinary letters.
3. Policy Development Projects
  • Lead policy development and implementation initiatives.
  • Define policy purpose, framework, authority levels, and governance structure.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and operational leaders to ensure the policies are practical, applicable, and culturally aligned.
  • Provide legal and operational recommendations on complex HR decisions.
  • Conduct training programs for leaders and supervisors on policy application, investigations, and employee relations practices.
4. Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain dashboards and case trackers for employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and policy updates.
  • Analyze trends in violations, grievances, and employee relations issues, and provide preventive recommendations.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and policy compliance updates for leadership and audit committees.
