Position Summary

The Patient Relations Specialist is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience throughout their journey in the clinic. This role focuses on patient communication, service quality, inquiries or complaint handling from Ministry of Health, appointment coordination, and maintaining high patient satisfaction levels. The specialist acts as the primary link between patients and clinic departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
